The drive for technology
Rodney en Jean initially found their ‘drive’ in automotive engineering. Tinkering, puzzling, making or repairing things themselves; these processes provided a fantastic learning curve. And it didn’t stop there. A flame was lit; this was where their future lay. They continued their professional development in the fields of mechanical engineering, data communication and (fire) safety and recognised early on just how great the demand technical staff was. The idea of creating a secondment agency for engineering was born.
